Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc. ("AEG" or "we") takes your privacy seriously and we know you do too. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, process, and may disclose Personal Data, your Rights & Choices, and other important information about how we handle your Personal Data.

AEG owns, operates, and services world-class sports and live entertainment venues, teams, and events around the world. AEG is also a world-wide leader in live entertainment, sports, music, and event promotion and presentation.
- AEG and the AEG Companies (defined below) process Personal Data to deliver services to you and to ensure that you have the best possible entertainment experience. “Personal Data” refers to information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to you or your household, and includes “personal information” or similar terms in applicable privacy laws.
- This Policy applies to your use of our “Services,” which include both in-person services you use when you visit our Events or Venues, or visit a venue owned, operated, promoted, or serviced by any AEG Companies (“Offline Services”), as well as our products, services, or technology in venues and events we own or operate and our websites, mobile applications, social media pages, and other online services (collectively, “Digital Services”).
AEG has separate privacy policies describing its processing of Personal Data in the human resources context (with separate policies applicable to job applicants, employees, and independent contractors). Our processing of Personal Data in those contexts is not covered by this privacy policy.
WHO WE ARE
AEG, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies under the AEG brands described below (collectively, “AEG Companies,”) are the owners, operators, or producers of various sports and live entertainment venues, events, programs, and properties (collectively, “Events and Venues”) and professional sports teams. References to AEG Companies include (without limitation):
- AEG-owned and/or operated facilities and venues (such as Crypto.com Arena (Los Angeles, CA), Dignity Health Sports Park (Carson, CA), Resorts World Theatre (Las Vegas, NV), Kinecta Soccer Center (Torrance, CA), Toyota Sports Center (El Segundo, CA);
- AEG Rugby;
- AEG-owned sports teams (including the LA Galaxy (MLS), LA Galaxy II (MLS Next Pro), the LA Kings (NHL), and Ontario Reign (AHL));
- AEG Presents, Goldenvoice, The Messina Group, Concerts West, The Bowery Presents, Madison House Presents, Zero Mile Presents, PromoWest, Winter Circle Productions, Frontier Touring, Cardenas Marketing Network, and each of their owned or operated venues and festivals (e.g., Coachella, Stagecoach, Electric Forest, Hangout Music Festival, and others found here); and
Other current and future AEG affiliates and subsidiaries.
CATEGORIES AND SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA
CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
The categories of Personal Data we process may include:
Audio/Visual Data - Recordings and images collected from surveillance cameras, as well as audio files and records, such as voicemails, call recordings, and the like.
Professional or Employment-Related Information - Data relating to professional and employment biographical information or history.
Commercial Information - Information about the Services we provide to you and about transactions you make with us or other companies for goods and services at our Events and Venues, and similar information.
Identifiers and Contact Data - Information such as your name; address; email address; telephone number; gender; date of birth, age and/or age range; avatar, or other account handles/usernames; ticket/RFID identifiers; or license plates; and information we can use to contact you, such as email and physical addresses, phone numbers, or social media or communications platform usernames/handles.
Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information -Browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with a website, application, or advertisement (e.g. IP Address, MAC Address, SSIDs, application ID/AdID/IDFA, session navigation history and similar browsing metadata, and other data generated through applications and browsers, including cookies and similar technologies or other device identifiers or persistent identifiers), online user ID, device characteristics (such as browser/OS version), web server logs, application logs, first party cookies, third party cookies, web beacons, clear gifs and pixel tags.
Inferences and Preferences - Personal Data generated to reflect your preferences, characteristics, predispositions, behavior, demographics, household characteristics, market segments, likes, favorites and other data or analytics.
General Location Data - Location information derived from social media tags/posts, or general areas of our Events and Venues you visited.
Payment Card Data- Categories of Personal Data listed in the California Customer Records statute, such as your credit or debit card number, bank account number, or other information collected to facilitate a financial transaction.
Sensitive Personal Data - Personal Data deemed “sensitive” under applicable privacy laws, which includes:
- “Government ID Data” - relating to official government identification, such as driver’s license or passport numbers. We collect Government ID Data as needed to address health or safety incidents.
- “Health Data” - about your health requirements or status. We collect Health Data to accommodate requests for assistance or as needed to address health and safety incidents.
- “Race or Ethnic Origin” - data relating to your race, ethnic, or national origin. We process this information in relation to marketing for certain events (e.g. cultural or heritage events).
Depending on applicable laws, we may not collect Sensitive Personal Data in certain jurisdictions, or we may require your consent before collecting it.
User-Generated Content - We may also collect Personal Data that you choose to provide, such as comments or inquiries to customer service.
SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
We collect Personal Data from various sources, which include:
Data you provide us - We receive Personal Data when you provide it to us, when you purchase our products or Services, complete a transaction via our Services, or when you otherwise use our Services, as follows:
- When you make a purchase: If you purchase Services from us or make a charity donation, we or our third-party payment processors or ticket agents collect a payment card number or other payment information.
- When you visit our Events and Venues: We may collect Personal Data from you for ticketing or to facilitate your participation in an event (for example, to provide a wheelchair accessible space or a sign language interpreter). We may also collect Personal Data when we investigate an incident which may have taken place at our Events and Venues.
- When you enter a contest/sweepstakes or take part in a promotion: We may process Personal Data as necessary to provide the contest/promotion, notify you if you have won, or to process delivery of a prize.
- When you register with AEG to receive a product, service, presale opportunity, or to participate in an activity offered by AEG: We may process your Personal Data that we request when you register or sign up to receive a product, service, or presale opportunity. We may also process your Personal Data that we request when you register or sign up to participate in an AEG activity. Typically, we collect registration-specific information from you in order to provide the product, service, presale opportunity, or opportunity to participate in an activity, including your name, contact information, or other opportunity-specific information.
- When you join or participate in AEG Loyalty or membership programs or special offers: We may process Personal Data if you elect to participate in AEG’s financial incentive, loyalty programs, or membership programs (“Loyalty or Membership Program”) or other special offers. - When you contact us: We may collect Personal Data when you contact customer support, participate in a guest survey, or provide us with feedback in response to a questionnaire.
If you are a vendor: We collect Personal Data from our vendors in connection with your application or engagement as a vendor.
Data we collect automatically - We collect Personal Data about or generated by any device used to access our Digital Services, the websites of any ticketing service provider used to purchase a ticket to our Events and Venues, RFID, or when you use Wi-Fi at any of our Events and Venues, as follows:
- Digital Services: When you visit or interact with our Digital Services, we or our third-party advertising and analytics partners and service providers may use a variety of technologies, such as cookies, tags, SDKs, or scripts, to collect certain information regarding your activity. For example, we may collect:
- Device and browser information – your device’s IP address and/or other unique identifiers, browser type, device type, internet service provider, and operating system;
- Location information – your device’s approximate location (derived from your device’s IP address or other signals); and
- Usage information – we or our third party vendors may collect the date and time of your visit, the pages you view immediately before and after you access our Digital Services, the areas or pages of our Digital Services that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing or using our Digital Services, items placed or left in your shopping cart on the Digital Services, keystrokes, mouse movements, form field entries, recordings of chat sessions or your use of and inputs to other AI-supported tools, and other use and overall engagement with our Digital Services.
- RFID: We collect Personal Data when you use digital ticketing or RFID technologies at an Event or Venue.
- Marketing: If you receive a marketing communication from us, information may be collected about your interactions with the message (e.g., whether you opened, forwarded, or clicked through to our Digital Properties).
- CCTV: We use CCTV at Events and Venues, which may result in collection of your Personal Data such as audio/visual information.
- Third-party analytics technologies: We may use third-party analytics tools to better understand who is using the Digital Services, how people are using them, and how to improve their effectiveness as well as the effectiveness of any related content.
- Cookies and other tracking technologies: We and authorized third parties may use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- for “essential” purposes necessary for our Digital Services to operate (such as maintaining user sessions, CDNs, and the like);
- for “functional” purposes, such as to enable certain features of our Digital Services (for example, to allow a customer to maintain an online shopping cart);
- for “analytics” purposes and to improve our Digital Services;
- for “retargeting,” personalized advertising, or other advertising and marketing purposes; and
- for “social media” e.g. via third-party social media cookies, or when you share information using a social media sharing button or “like” button on our Services or you link your account or engage with our content on or through a social networking website such as Facebook or Twitter.
Ticket Agents - We receive Personal Data from ticket agents such as AXS, Ticketmaster, and others, who transfer Personal Data to us when you purchase a ticket from them for our Events and Venues.
Promoters and event partners - We collaborate with various entities to put on events, which may include (co-)promoters, artists, sports teams or leagues, venues, and other parties (“Event Partners”). We receive Personal Data from Event Partners if you purchase relevant products and services from them, or when you express interests (e.g. team preference or mailing list sign up) that relate to the AEG Companies.
Aggregators and advertisers - We receive Personal Data from ad networks, data brokers, Personalized Advertising vendors, market research, and social media companies or similar companies who provide us with additional Personal Data, e.g. Inferences and Preferences.
Social media companies - We receive Personal Data from Meta (e.g. Facebook and Instagram) and other social media companies when you use social media sign on or interact with that social media company on or in connection with our Services.
Data we create or infer - We, certain partners, social media companies, and third parties operating on our behalf, create and infer Personal Data such as based on our observations or analysis of other Personal Data processed under this Policy, and we may correlate this data with other data we process about you.
Combination of Information - We may combine Personal Data that we receive from various sources. For example, we may combine Personal Data that we collect from you through our Offline Services with Personal Data we collect from you through our Digital Services. Similarly, we may combine Personal Data that we receive from third parties or infer about you with Personal Data we collect directly from or about you. We use, disclose, and protect combined Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.
PROCESSING PURPOSES
We may process Personal Data for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery - We process Personal Data as necessary to provide our Services and the products and services you purchase or request, to provide you with the financial incentives or bona fide loyalty programs described below under “Notice of Financial Incentive,” or otherwise to complete a transaction you request. For example, we process Personal Data to authenticate users and their rights to access the Services, Events, or Venues, as otherwise necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, provide you with the information, features, and services you request, and create relevant documentation.
- Internal Processing and Service Improvement - We may use any Personal Data we process through our Services as necessary in connection with our legitimate interests in improving the design of our Services, optimizing the display and functionality of the Services, understanding how our Services are used or function, understanding how our customers and prospective customers interact with our Services or our third party service providers and other partners identified in this Privacy Policy, for customer service purposes, for internal research, technical or feature development, to track service use, QA and debugging, audits, analyzing guest satisfaction, and similar purposes.
- Security and Incident Detection - We may process Personal Data in connection with our legitimate interest in ensuring that our Services and Events and Venues are secure, identify and prevent crime, prevent fraud, verify or authenticate users/individuals, ensure ticket purchases are genuine, return lost property to its rightful owner, managing access to specific areas of Events and Venues, and ensure the safety of our guests. Similarly, we process Personal Data on our Digital Services as necessary to detect security incidents, protect against, and respond to malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. We may analyze network traffic, device patterns, and characteristics, maintain and analyze logs and process similar Personal Data in connection with our information security activities.
- Contextual Advertising - We may display contextual advertising to you both on our Services and across the web or on social media. We may customize our advertising using Personal Data processed based on your interaction with our Services or collected from third parties as otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy. We may also document and audit ad impressions and related data relating to the delivery and display of contextual advertisements.
Personalization - We process certain Personal Data as necessary in connection with our legitimate interest in personalizing our Digital Services. For example, aspects of the Digital Services may change so they are more relevant to you.
Aggregated Data - We process Personal Data in order to identify trends, including to create aggregated and de-identified/anonymized data about buying and spending habits, use of our Services, and other similar information (“Aggregated Data”). When we generate and maintain aggregate or de-identified data, it is no longer considered Personal Data subject to this Privacy Policy.
Compliance, Health, Safety, Public Interest - We may process Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, such as where you exercise your rights under data protection law, for the establishment and defense of legal claims, where we must comply with requests from government or law enforcement officials, and as may be required to meet national security or law enforcement requirements or prevent illegal activity. We may also process data to protect the vital interests of individuals, or on certain public interest grounds, each to the extent required or permitted under applicable law.
- With your consent - We may use your Personal Data for any other purpose for which you provide Personal Data or as otherwise explained to you as the point of data collection.
- Marketing – We use Personal Data for personalized marketing communications, market research, and statistical analysis in support of our product marketing efforts.
Personalized Advertising - In some jurisdictions, AEG Companies, and certain third parties operating on or through our Services, may engage in advertising targeted to your interests based on Personal Data that we or those third parties obtain or infer from your activities across non-affiliated websites, applications, or services in order to predict your preferences or interests (“Personalized Advertising”).
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
We may disclose Personal Data that we collect to the following categories of recipients:
- AEG Companies - We disclose each category of Personal Data that we collect to other AEG Companies in order to streamline certain business operations and for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy
- Service Providers -We disclose each category of Personal Data that we collect to our service providers who provide certain services or process data on our behalf in connection with our general business operations, product/service fulfillment and improvements, and to enable certain features.
- Sponsors, Advertisers, and Social Media Platforms - We may disclose certain Personal Data (specified below) to social media platforms, advertisers, ad exchanges, data management platforms, or sponsors.
- Public Disclosure - If you use any social media plugin, API, or other similar feature, use an event hashtag or similar link, or otherwise interact with us or our Services via social media, we may make your post available on our Services or to the general public. We may disclose, rebroadcast, or redisplay Personal Data or other information in the post to the extent permitted by the relevant social media service. In addition, if you win a contest/sweepstakes, we may publicly post some of your data. We do not post Personal Data without consent where required by law. - Event and Venue Partners- Where allowed by law, or with your consent, we will disclose each category of Personal Data that we collect to Event Partners, e.g. promoters, venues, sports teams, leagues (such as the NHL), artists, or sponsors that perform, promote, or operate an Event or Venue.
- Disclosures to NHL Partners: When you purchase a ticket to, as an example, an L.A. Kings game or other event involving the L.A. Kings and the NHL, you direct us to share Personal Data relating to the ticket purchase with NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC, and its affiliates, including NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., and the National Hockey League ("NHL"). We share this with the NHL so that they can conduct analysis to better understand NHL fans and fan engagement across the NHL, including its member clubs. NHL may also use and share insights to enable the NHL, including its member clubs, to customize and improve their services, advertising and communications, as further set forth in the NHL Privacy Policy.
- Data Aggregators - We may disclose each category of Personal Data that we collect to data aggregators that help better personalize our Services and the services of third parties, enrich Profiles, and help ensure that you see advertisements that are more relevant to your interests.
- Successors - We may disclose each category of Personal Data that we collect if we go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, liquidation, or sale of all or a portion of our assets. For example, Personal Data may be part of the assets transferred or may be disclosed (subject to confidentiality restrictions) during the due diligence process for a potential transaction.
- Lawful Recipients - In limited circumstances, we may, without notice or your consent, access and disclose each category of Personal Data that we collect, any communications sent or received by you, and any other information that we may have about you to the extent we believe such disclosure is legally required, to prevent or respond to a crime, to investigate violations of our Terms of Use, in the vital interests of us or any person (such as where we reasonably believe the use or disclosure is necessary to lessen or prevent a serious threat to the life, health or safety of any individual or to public health or safety) or in such other circumstances as may be required or permitted by law. These disclosures may be made to governments that do not ensure the same degree of protection of your Personal Data as your home jurisdiction. We may, in our sole discretion (but without any obligation), object to the disclosure of your Personal Data to such parties.
- With Your Consent - We may disclose your Personal Data for other reasons that we will describe at the time of data collection or prior to disclosing your information.
Classification of Data Disclosures
When we disclose Personal Data to the following third parties, this may constitute a “sale” or “share” or the processing of Personal Data for “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws: Sponsors, Advertisers, and Social Media Platforms; Event and Venue Partners; Data Aggregators. The categories of Personal Data (identified above under “Categories of Personal Data We Process”) that we may “sell” or “share” to these third parties are: Commercial Information, Identifiers and Contact Data, Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information, Inferences and Preferences, General Location Data, and User-Generated Content. The purposes for sales/sharing are the Commercial Purposes of marketing and Personalized Advertising, as identified above under “Processing Purposes.”
We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” Personal Data of individuals under the age of 18 or process their Personal Data for “targeted advertising.”
DISCLOSURE OF SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
We may disclose Sensitive Personal Data that we collect (identified above under “Categories of Personal Data We Process”) to AEG Companies, Service Providers, and Event and Venue Partners. We do not “sell” or “share” Sensitive Personal Data or process Sensitive Personal Data for “targeted advertising.” We may require your consent to process Sensitive Personal Data, where required by applicable law.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
If you are located outside the US, we may transfer or process your Personal Data in the US, Canada, UK, European Economic Area (EEA), and other jurisdictions where any AEG Companies or our service providers operate. Where required by local law, we ensure your data remains protected in connection with any international transfers. See the “ Regional Supplements” section below for more information.

You may have certain rights and choices regarding the Personal Data we process. Please note, these rights may vary based on the country or state where you reside, and our obligations under applicable law. YOUR CHOICES
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
You can withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in an email (for email), by responding with “OPT-OUT”, "STOP", or other supported unsubscribe message (for SMS), by adjusting the push message settings for our mobile apps using your device operating system (for push notifications), or for other communications, by contacting us using the information below. To opt-out of the collection of information relating to email opens, configure your email so that it does not load images in our emails.
PRECISE LOCATION DATA
You may control or limit Precise Location Data that we collect through our Services by changing your preferences in your device’s location services preferences menu, or through your choices regarding the use of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other network interfaces you may use to interact with our Services. Note, we may collect general location data even if you opt out of the collection of Precise Location Data.
PERSONALIZED ADVERTISING
You may opt out or withdraw your consent to Targeted Advertising by visiting Your Privacy Choices. In some cases, you may be able to opt-out by submitting requests to third party partners, including for the vendors listed below:
- Google Ads
- Doubleclick
- Facebook Custom Audience Pixel
- Twitter Audience Pixel
- Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out
- Network Advertising Initiative opt-out
You will need to opt out separately on all of your browsers and devices, as each opt out will apply only to the specific browser or device from which you opt out. If you delete or reset your cookies or mobile identifiers, change browsers, or use a different device, any opt-out cookie or tool may no longer work, and you will have to opt out again.
Even if you choose to opt out of receiving interest-based advertising, you may still receive advertising, but the advertisements may be less relevant.
Google Analytic and Advertising
Our Digital Services use technology provided by Google to facilitate advertising and reporting. We implement Google Analytics cookies to collect personal information about you when you visit our website for purposes of remarketing, impression reporting, and demographic and interest reporting. This information can be combined with other data related to you collected through Google’s advertising cookie or other third-party technology. You can opt-out of the use of this technology through the Google Analytics opt-out browser add on, Google Ad Settings, Ad Settings for mobile apps, and the NAI’s consumer opt-out.
DATA SECURITY
We implement and maintain commercially reasonable security measures to secure your Personal Data from unauthorized processing. While we endeavor to protect our Services and your Personal Data against unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure, we cannot guarantee that any information, during transmission or while stored on our systems, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others.
CHILDREN
Our Services are neither directed at nor intended for use by persons under the age of 18 in the US or Canada, or under the age of 13 to 16 in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Other Non-US Countries, or 15/16 in Australia. We generally collect information relating to this age group only from parents or with parental consent and we only knowingly collect Personal Data from such individuals directly in limited circumstances where reasonably necessary to provide the Service (such as registration for age-specific camps or clinics). We do not otherwise knowingly collect information from such individuals. If we learn that we have inadvertently done so, we will promptly delete such Personal Data if required by law. Do not access or use our Services if you are not of the age of majority in your jurisdiction unless you have the consent of your parent or guardian.
DATA RETENTION
We retain Personal Data for so long as it is reasonably necessary to achieve the relevant processing purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or for so long as is required by law. What is necessary may vary depending on the context and purpose of processing. We generally consider the following factors when we determine how long to retain data (without limitation):
- Retention periods established under applicable law;
- Industry best practices;
- Whether the purpose of processing is reasonably likely to justify further processing;
- Risks to individual privacy in continued processing;
- Applicable data protection impact assessments;
- IT systems design considerations/limitations; and
- The costs associated continued processing, retention, and deletion.
We will review retention periods periodically and may pseudonymize or anonymize data held for longer periods.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS
Except for processing by our service providers (described below), this Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites, products, or services. For example, we handle some of the purchase process on our Services directly, and third-party businesses (such as payment processors) may manage others. Third parties may operate or develop some AEG Companies’ websites and mobile apps and may operate or host a contest/sweepstakes on our Services. In these cases, the terms, conditions, and privacy practices of the third party - not those of the AEG Companies - may govern your transactions, and we may have no control over the Personal Data collected.
CHANGES TO OUR POLICY
We may change this Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page. We will notify you of any material changes, if required, via email or notices on our Digital Services. Your continued use of our Services constitutes your acknowledgement of any revised Policy.

Your US Privacy Rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, or any other state with an applicable privacy law have certain rights relating to the collection, use, disclosure, and other processing of their Personal Data. The exact scope of these rights may vary by state. The privacy rights that may be available to you in relation to your Personal Data are:
- Right to Know: You may have the right to know what Personal Data we have collected about you, including the categories of sources from which the Personal Data is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing Personal Data, the categories of third parties to whom we disclose Personal Data, the categories of Personal Data disclosed to third parties, and the specific pieces of Personal Data we have collected about you. Please note that we may not be required to respond to your requests “to know” or access specific pieces of Personal Data more than twice in any 12-month period.
- Right to Request List of Categories of Third Parties. You may have the right to request a list of the categories of third parties to which we have disclosed your Personal Data.
- Right to Request Specific List of Third Parties. You may have the right to request a list of the specific third parties with whom we have shared or sold your Personal Data.
- Right to Data Portability: You may have the right to access your information in a portable format.
- Right to Delete: You may have the right to request that we delete Personal Data that we have collected from or about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You may have the right to correct inaccurate Personal Data that we may maintain about you, subject to appropriate verification.
- Right to Opt Out of Certain Types of Personal Data Uses and Disclosures: We use and disclose to third parties Personal Data for analytics and advertising purposes. Accordingly, you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or "sharing” of your Personal Data, or the use and disclosure of your Personal Data for “targeted advertising” (as these terms are defined in applicable law).
If you are interested in exercising one or more of the rights outlined above, please visit the Consumer Rights Request Portal or contact us at 1-888-681-5501, where you will be directed to leave a voicemail with your email address, phone number, and address we have on file, along with your request. We may take steps to verify your identity before responding to your request by asking you a series of questions about your previous interactions with us. Submitting a privacy rights request does not require you to create an account with us.
We will not discriminate against you if you decide to exercise your privacy rights.

*This reflects the number of requests we were unable to complete due to the following reasons:
- The requestor did not complete the necessary steps to verify their identity.
- We had no record of the requestor.
- An agent did not provide sufficient documentation to allow us to determine that it was authorized to make the request.
- There was a valid exemption under the law.
Agent Requests. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may submit a request related to your Personal Data. Depending on your U.S. state of residence, you may authorize someone to make a privacy rights request on your behalf (an authorized agent). Authorized agents will need to demonstrate that you’ve authorized them to act on your behalf. We retain the right to request confirmation directly from you confirming that the agent is authorized to make such a request, or to request additional information to confirm the agent’s identity.
Opt-Out Requests. You may request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Data, or of targeted advertising, by clicking Your Privacy Choices portal or by calling us at 1-888-681-5501, where you will be directed to leave a voicemail with your email address, phone number, or address, along with your request.
Alternatively, you can use certain preference signals to exercise your sale and sharing opt-out right automatically with all businesses that you interact with online, including AEG. If you enable a browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), upon receipt or detection, we will treat the signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Data. Please note that if you use different browsers or browser profiles, you may need to enable the signal on each browser or profile.
Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Data. To the extent that we collect, use, or disclose Sensitive Personal Data, we limit our collection, use, or disclosure of such data for permitted business purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not “sell” or “share” Sensitive Personal Data.
Right to Appeal. Depending on your U.S. state of residence, you may have the right to appeal a decision we have made in connection with your privacy rights request. To appeal a decision, please contact us at privacypolicy@aegworldwide.com or 1-888-681-5501.
Notice of Financial Incentive
We offer financial incentives to promote our products and services (“Financial Incentives”). These may include:

You may withdraw by using the contact details available for each Financial Incentive.
We may ask you to provide Personal Data in connection with registering with these Financial Incentives. Because these Financial Incentives involve the collection of Personal Data, they may be interpreted as “financial incentive” programs under California law or “bona fide loyalty programs” under Colorado law. We use and disclose the Personal Data we collect as described in our Privacy Policy. Participation in any Financial Incentive is optional. If you ask us to delete your Personal Data, we will not be able to provide you with access to these Financial Incentives.
The value of any Financial Incentive we offer is reasonably related to the value of any Personal Data you provide to us. We estimate the value of your Personal Data by considering, without limitation, the expenses we incur from collecting your Personal Data and/or providing the Financial Incentive to you, the revenue generated by your use of the Financial Incentive, and any improvements we can make to our products and services based on aggregating information obtained through the Financial Incentive.

This section applies only to individuals located in Canada, the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other countries (excluding the US and Australia) where individuals have a right to the information or to exercise rights in Personal Data as specified below (“Non-US Individuals”). RIGHTS & CHOICES
Non-US Individuals may have the following rights. Applicable law may provide exceptions and limitations to all rights.
Access-You may have a right to access the Personal Data we process.
Rectification-You may correct any Personal Data that you believe is inaccurate.
Deletion/Erasure-You may request that we delete your Personal Data. We may delete your data entirely, or we may anonymize or aggregate your information such that it no longer reasonably identifies you.
Data Export/Portability-You may request that we send you a copy of your Personal Data in a common portable format of our choice.
Restriction-You may request that we restrict the processing of Personal Data to what is necessary for a lawful basis.
Objection-You may have the right under applicable law to object to any processing of Personal Data based on our legitimate interests. We may not cease or limit processing based solely on that objection, and we may continue processing where our interests in processing are appropriately balanced against individuals’ privacy interests.
Withdrawing Your Consent/Opt-Out-You may withdraw any consent you have provided at any time. The consequence of you withdrawing consent might be that we cannot perform certain services for you, such as location-based services, personalizing or making relevant certain types of advertising, or other services conditioned on your consent or choice not to opt-out.
Regulator Contact-You have the right to file a complaint with regulators about our processing of Personal Data. To do so, please contact your local data protection or consumer protection authority.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We process data in the United States and other countries where our subprocessors are located. In cases where we transfer Personal Data to jurisdictions that have not been determined to provide “adequate” protections by your home jurisdiction, we will put in place appropriate safeguards to ensure that your Personal Data are properly protected and processed only in accordance with applicable law. Those safeguards may include the use of EU/UK standard contractual clauses, or similar data transfer agreements in relevant jurisdictions, reliance on the recipient’s Binding Corporate Rules program, or requiring the recipient to certify to a recognized adequacy framework. We make transfers among AEG Companies pursuant to our intragroup Standard Contractual Clauses. RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Residents of Australia have the right under the Privacy Act to request access or correct Personal Data we hold about you. If you wish to exercise your right under the Privacy Act to access or correct your Personal Data, you may email us at privacypolicy@aegworldwide.com.
VERIFICATION OF RIGHTS REQUESTS
If you submit a request, we typically must verify your identity to ensure that you have the right to make that request, reduce fraud, and to ensure the security of Personal Data. If an agent is submitting the request on your behalf, we reserve the right to validate the agent’s authority to act on your behalf.
We may require that you match Personal Data we have on file in order to adequately verify your identity. If you have an account, we may require that you log into the account to submit the request as part of the verification process. We may not grant access to certain Personal Data to you if prohibited by law

(b) The Business and Commercial Purposes for Which We Collect and Use Your Personal Information:
We and our Service Providers process Personal Data we hold for the following business purposes:
- Service Delivery - We process Personal Data as necessary to provide our Services and the products and services you purchase or request, to provide you with the financial incentives or bona fide loyalty programs described in the AEG Privacy Policy, or otherwise to complete a transaction you request. For example, we process Personal Data to authenticate users and their rights to access the Services, Events, or Venues, as otherwise necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, provide you with the information, features, and services you request, and create relevant documentation.
- Internal Processing and Service Improvement - We may use any Personal Data we process through our Services as necessary in connection with our legitimate interests in improving the design of our Services, optimizing the display and functionality of the Services, understanding how our Services are used or function, understanding how our customers and prospective customers interact with our Services or our third party service providers and other partners identified in the AEG Privacy Policy, for customer service purposes, for internal research, technical or feature development, to track service use, QA and debugging, audits, analyzing guest satisfaction, and similar purposes.
- Security and Incident Detection - We may process Personal Data in connection with our legitimate interest in ensuring that our Services and Events and Venues are secure, identify and prevent crime, prevent fraud, verify or authenticate users/individuals, ensure ticket purchases are genuine, return lost property to its rightful owner, managing access to specific areas of Events, and ensure the safety of our guests. Similarly, we process Personal Data on our Digital Services as necessary to detect security incidents, protect against, and respond to malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. We may analyze network traffic, device patterns, and characteristics, maintain and analyze logs and process similar Personal Data in connection with our information security activities.
- Contextual Advertising - We may display contextual advertising to you both on our Services and across the web or on social media. We may customize our advertising using Personal Data processed based on your interaction with our Services or collected from third parties as otherwise disclosed in the AEG Privacy Policy. We may also document and audit ad impressions and related data relating to the delivery and display of contextual advertisements.
- Personalization - We process certain Personal Data as necessary in connection with our legitimate interest in personalizing our Digital Services. For example, aspects of the Digital Services may change so they are more relevant to you.
- Aggregated Data - We process Personal Data in order to identify trends, including to create aggregated and de-identified/anonymized data about buying and spending habits, use of our Services, and other similar information (“Aggregated Data”). When we generate and maintain aggregate or de-identified data, it is no longer considered Personal Data subject to the AEG Privacy Policy.
- Compliance, Health, Safety, Public Interest - We may process Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, such as where you exercise your rights under data protection law, for the establishment and defense of legal claims, where we must comply with requests from government or law enforcement officials, and as may be required to meet national security or law enforcement requirements or prevent illegal activity. We may also process data to protect the vital interests of individuals, or on certain public interest grounds, each to the extent required or permitted under applicable law. With your consent - We may use your Personal Data for any other purpose for which you provide Personal Data or as otherwise explained to you as the point of data collection.
2. COMMERCIAL PURPOSES
We and certain third parties process Personal Data to further our commercial or economic interests (“Commercial Purposes”) as follows:
- Marketing – We use Personal Data for personalized marketing communications, market research, and statistical analysis in support of our product marketing efforts.
- Personalized Advertising - In some jurisdictions, AEG Companies, and certain third parties operating on or through our Services, may engage in advertising targeted to your interests based on Personal Data that we or those third parties obtain or infer from your activities across non-affiliated websites, applications, or services in order to predict your preferences or interests (“Personalized Advertising”).
(c) Data Retention
We retain Personal Data for so long as it is reasonably necessary to achieve the relevant processing purposes described in our Privacy Policy, or for so long as is required by law. What is necessary may vary depending on the context and purpose of processing. We generally consider the following factors when we determine how long to retain data (without limitation):
- Retention periods established under applicable law;
- Industry best practices;
- Whether the purpose of processing is reasonably likely to justify further processing;
- Risks to individual privacy in continued processing;
- Applicable data protection impact assessments;
- IT systems design considerations/limitations; and
- The costs associated continued processing, retention, and deletion.
We will review retention periods periodically and may pseudonymize or anonymize data held for longer periods.
